Company-managed accounts

1BizApp, 1BizApp Funerals, and BizApp TFS are business applications provided to companies. Your login is a company account created and controlled by your employer (or the organisation that licenses the software). Chapman IT does not offer self-service account deletion inside the mobile apps because access is managed by your organisation.

If you want your user account removed, or you no longer need access to the app, you must contact your employer's HR department or IT department (or your line manager, if that is how your company handles access requests). They are responsible for disabling your login and requesting removal of your data from their company's system.

How to request account deletion

1. Contact your company's HR or IT team and ask them to remove your 1BizApp, 1BizApp Funerals, or BizApp TFS user account.
2. Provide your name, work email (if applicable), and the reason you no longer need access (for example, you have left the company).
3. Your organisation's administrator will disable your login in their system. Chapman IT processes deletion on behalf of the customer when instructed by the licensed company.

We typically complete account removal within 30 days of receiving a confirmed request from your organisation's authorised administrator. Some records may be retained longer where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, financial audit trails held by your employer).

What is deleted

When your employer requests removal of your user account, we delete or anonymise personal data linked to your login where it is not required to be kept, including typically:

• Your username and authentication credentials
• Your profile details (name, email, and role settings tied to your user)
• App access permissions assigned to your account

Data your company entered in the course of business (for example, transactions, job records, or documents you created as part of your role) may remain in the company's database for operational and legal reasons. That data belongs to your employer; questions about those records should be directed to HR or IT.

Uninstalling the app

Removing the app from your device does not delete your company account or data. You must follow the steps above so your employer can remove your access.
