About Flexicovers
With over 50 years’ experience, Flexicovers specialises in the design and manufacture of premium boat covers, bimini tops and marine awnings for the world’s leading yacht builders, including Sunseeker International, Princess Yachts, Fairline Yachts, Sealine and Williams Performance Tenders.
The Challenge
Rapid growth forced the business to expand into a second factory just 100 metres from the main site. The existing spreadsheet and paper-based processes quickly began to buckle under the increased volume, creating bottlenecks, stock control issues and limited visibility across production.
Our Solution
Chapman IT carried out a thorough analysis of their operations to pinpoint every bottleneck and weak point. We then implemented 1BizApp as the new central system and introduced targeted automation:
