About Tapper Funeral Service
Established in 1904, Tapper Funeral Service is one of the oldest and most respected family-run funeral businesses in the UK and one of the few remaining independent family funeral directors. They operate a network of funeral homes across Dorset and Hampshire.

Separate offices led to fragmented information sharing, while managing multiple vehicle fleets, large teams of staff and pallbearers (including holiday tracking and availability), and the addition of a woodland burial site and crematorium added further logistical demands.
